A time for studying and a time for cooking - A busy Weekend

Last weekend was quite a mix of activities, Saturday shopping, helping at home and after a siesta I rushed to CAM studios for the LIVE transmission of Sejjahtli.


Now that my studies are over....(for this year)..I grabbed the opportunity to exercise one of my favorite hobbies...yes that's right!! Cooking Sunday Lunch!! Started preparing from Saturday...collected all the neccessary ingredients... and Lasagne for first and roasted stuffed chicken for seconds...and believe me it was finger licking good.

The weekend finished off with animating Worship and Liturgy during the 19:00 Mass with my girls at St.Julians Parish. This is my favourite place to celebrate Eucharist with Fr. Ray Toledo. Fr Ray, is parish priest and makes it a special time with Jesus - Thanks Fr.Ray. May I take this opportunity to invite you all to join me and Fr Ray Toledo for Sunday evening Mass at this Parish.
